Jeremy brings 25 years of culinary experience and a seasoned passion for all things food, to the tables at Duets. He career took root at an early age, cooking beside his Dad who was also a chef. Driven by a desire to explore every facet of the culinary world, he has traveled across the country, cooking, tasting, and learning from diverse food cultures. His cooking repertoire was further enhanced with time working at Le Coucou and Momofuku in New York.The menu at Duets reflects his journey — drawing from classic roots, international influences, and a genuine love for cooking. Jeremy looks forward to sharing his passion with you, one plate at a time.

Originally from France, Val is passionate about her home country and it's famous cuisine. She has brought the best of her home country culture to DUETS, with a eclectic menu and an atmosphere of relaxed sophistication!

Scott grew up in Iowa, but has called Colorado home for the past 20 years. After a decade in restaurant service in a variety of roles, Scott has teamed up with co-owner Val, to bring DUETS unique blend French & American cuisines to the Longmont restaurant scene.
